摘要
成人胰岛细胞同种移植是治疗糖尿病的有效方法。治疗 型糖尿病可以达到不依赖胰岛素。应提高胰腺消化、分离、纯化、保存技术 。
Islet cell allograft of adults is an effective method for the treatment of diabetes mellitus.After the islet cell transplantation is carried out,the tpye 1 diabetes mellitus may be cured without insulin administration.In order to achieve the successful transplantation,the isolation,purification and restoration of pancreas must be prepared carefully and the immunorepellence caused by transplantation should be resolved.
