摘要 金银忍冬种子发芽非常困难,要经过冷冻后熟30d及催芽53d。试验结果表明,不同激素、不同浓度及不同水温、不同浸泡时间对金银忍冬种子发芽有很大影响。不同激素处理均对种子有抑制作用;80℃、60℃、40℃的热水对种子都有不同程度的损害;而用清水浸泡的种子发芽率可达80%以上。 The germination of Lonicera maackii Maxim, seed is very diffcult and needs cold after-ripening for 30 days and accelerating germination for 53 days. The experiment showed that such treatments as the different hormones, different concentration of hormenes,different temperature of water,and different time of soaking had a tremendous influence on the germination of L. maackii seeds. All the different hormones had inhabited effect. All the hot water at 80℃,60℃, 40℃ excerted damage of the seeds to a different extent, while the germination percentage of the seeds in the soaking of water could reach up to over 80% .
