摘要
在采收期内,对长白山区不同产地的野生朝鲜淫羊藿生药有效成分进行了分析测定。结果表明,不同产地的生药中总黄酮含量以敦化江源最高,为14517％;淫羊藿苷以通化金厂最高,为6.006％。从两种有效成分含量看,敦化江源、通化金厂所产生药品质明显优于通化集安、白山临江及江源县;除白山江源所产生药外,有效成分含量均超过国家药典标准。
During the harvesting season, effective compositions of cmde drugs of wild Epinwdium koreanum in the different growing areas of Changbai Mountains were analyzed and determined . The results indicated that crude drugs produced in J iangyuan of Dunhua were the highest in the content of total flavone (14.517 % ), while the crude drugs produced in Jinchang of Tonghua were the highest in the content of E. kareanum glucoside (6,006%), In view of the content of the above two effective compositions, the crude drags produced in J iangyuan of Dunhua and Jinchang of Tonghua are tetter than those in Jian of Tonghua, Linjiang of Baishan and Jingyuan County; except the crude drugs produced in Baishan and J iangyuan, all the other crude drugs exceed the national standards of pharmacopoeia in the content of effective conposition.
