兴凯湖梅花鹿鹿茸几种化学成分分析 被引量:8

摘要 通过对兴凯湖梅花鹿鹿茸的上、中、下3段的氨基酸、牛磺酸及钙磷含量的测定,结果表明氨基酸含量分别为46.39%、48.95%、44.59%,总平均含量为47.18%;牛磺酸含量分别为0.04%、0.02%、0.02%,平均含量为0.027%;钙含量分别为6.85%、7.41%、8.20%,平均含量为7.487%;磷的含量分别为5.347%、6.932%、8.133%,平均含量为6.804%。与其他品种、品系梅花鹿鹿茸相比,兴凯湖梅花鹿鹿茸具有总氨基酸含量居于中等、必需氨基酸含量相对较低、非必需氨基酸含量较高、钙磷比例较小等特点,为更科学合理地认识和评价该鹿茸品质提供参考依据。 The contents of amino acids, taurine.Ca and P in the upper,middle and lower section of pilose antler were determined and analysized. The results showed that the content of amino acids was respectively 46. 39% ,48. 95% and 44.59% with a mean of 47.18% . The content of taume was respectively 0. 04% ,0.02% and 0.02% with a mean of 0.027 %. The con tent of Ca was respectively 6.85% ,7.41% and 8.20% with a mean of 7.48% . The content of P was respectively 5.347% ,6. 932% and 8.133% with a mean of 6. 804%. Compared with the pilose antler of other kinds of sika deer, the pilose antler of XingKai Lake sika deer was characterized by a moderate content of amino acids,relatively low content of essential amino acids, higher content of non-essential amino alids and lower ratio of Ca/P,etc. That has provided a reference basis for scientifically and rationally recognizing and appraising the quality of the pilose antler.
