摘要
从列当中可提取约7％的水溶性粗多糖,苯酚——硫酸法测得总糖含量为32.3％。气相色谱分析表明,其单糖组成为Ara,Fuc,Xyl,Gal,Glc,其组成摩尔比依次为1:9.04:0.54:1.95:16.58。
About 7% water-soluble crude polysacchandes were extracted from the Orobanche caerulescens Steph. . Total polysacchandes content measured by means of Phenol-sulphuric acid method was 32. 3% . Analysed by means of gas chromatography the monosaccharides were composed of Ara,Fuc,Xyl,Gal And Glc . And their mole ratio was successively 1:9.04:0.54:1.95:16.58,
