摘要
利用气相色谱法测定土壤中五氯硝基苯的残留量,此法的平均回收率为98.6％,最低检测浓度为0.25μg/kg,相对标准偏差小于10％。
A method for quantitative analysis of PCNB residue in soil by GC was set up.The results showed that the average recovery was 98.6% with detection limit of 0.25 μg/kg and relative standard deviation of below 10%.
