摘要
以α 萘酚和氯乙酸为原料 ,聚苯乙烯固载聚乙二醇 - 6 0 0为相转移催化剂合成了α 萘氧乙酸。考察了影响产品收率的因素 ,最佳反应条件为氯乙酸∶α 萘酚∶催化剂为 1.2mol∶1mol∶2 0g ,反应在回流温度下进行 ,滴加和回流时间分别为 2 .0h和 1.5h ,收率达 93.3%。催化剂可重复使用。
α-Naphthoxy acetic acid was synthesized with α-naphthol and chloroacetic acid as raw material and polyethylene glycol supported on polystyrene as catalyst. The factors that influence the yield of synthesis reaction were examined. The optimum reaction conditions are:chloroacetic acid∶ α- naphthol∶ catalyst is 1.2 mol∶1 mol∶20 g; reaction is carried out under reflux temperature; dropadding time is 2.0 h,refluxing time is 1.5 h, The yield can reach 93.3 % under the optimum conditions. The catalyst can be used repeatedly.
