聚硅酸铝絮凝处理造纸废水的研究 被引量:4

摘要 以聚硅酸铝为混凝剂 ,用化学法处理非化学法制浆造纸废水。考查了酸度、混凝剂加入量、搅拌速度、搅拌时间、沉降时间对COD去除率的影响。结果表明 :酸度在pH 7.80左右 ,每10 0mL污水中聚硅酸铝加入量为 0 .2mL ,搅拌速度为 4 5r/min ,搅拌 15s,沉降 15min后 ,测上清液的化学耗氧量 ,COD去除率可达 88%左右 ,明显优于传统的铁系混凝剂。该方法效果好、工艺简单、易于操作管理 ,有实际应用的价值。 It is studied to treat non-chemical pulping paper-making wastewater with chemical process adopting polysilicate aluminium as coagulating agent. The influence of acidity, amount of coagulants added, agitating speed, agitating time, sedimentation time on the COD removal rate has been examined. The result showed that under the condition of acidity about 7.80,the amount of polysilicate added in 100 mL of waste water is about 0.2 mL, agitating speed 45 r/min, agitating 15 s, settling 15 min, determination of the chemical oxygen consumption value of the upper clear liquid showed that the COD removal rate can reach about 88 %.It is obviously superior than the traditional Ferro series coagulants. This process is of good effect, simple technology, easy to operate and manage, it is valuable to apply widely.
