摘要
MTBE作为调合生产高标号无铅汽油的重要的高辛烷值组分油 ,准确测试其辛烷值在汽油调和生产中具有重要的意义。初步探讨了MTBE研究法辛烷值的测试方法 ,尝试了用甲苯标准燃料做参比燃料直接测定其净辛烷值 ,同时也测定了MTBE的混配辛烷值 ,通过MTBE辛烷值的测试 ,了解了MTBE的调和效应 ,确认了在石油二厂无铅汽油调和生产中对催化汽油的MTBE的真实辛烷值约为 10 8/RON ,指导了车用无铅汽油的调和生产。
MTBE is a kind of high octane number oil component which is used as the important componernt oil for producing high grade lead-free gasoline.To measure the octane nember of MTBE accurately is of great importance in the production of blending gasoline.value which was used to produc. This paper investigated initially the measurement method of MTBE research octane number and tried to measure directly the net octane number with toluene standard fuel as reference fuel. At the same time, the octane number of mixed blending MTBE was also measured. By the measurement of the octane number of MTBE the blending effect of MTBE is found out. And in the blending production of lead-free gasoline in Refinery No.2 the frue octane number of MTBE of catalytic cracked gasoline is confirmed,which is nearly RON 108. This can be used as the guidance for the blending production of vehicle use lead-frce gasoline.
