Simulating Dispatcher Training System in Baoding Power Network

This paper introduces the system structure and functions of simulating dispatcher training system (DTS) used in Baoding District Power Network, and according to particular features of district network, compares the DTS software for district dispatching and that for center dispatching. The dispatchers were trained by using DTS software and anti-accident exercises, which greatly improves the quality of dispatchers and the conditions of safety, stability and economic operation of the network.
