补肾健脾活血中药复方对D-半乳糖脑衰老小鼠海马皮质一氧化氮合酶、Na^+-K^+-ATP酶的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的 :研究补肾健脾活血中药复方对D 半乳糖脑衰老小鼠海马皮质一氧化氮合酶、Na+ K+ ATP酶的影响 ,探讨中药复方在延缓衰老方面的效应机制。方法 :将昆明种雄性小鼠 6 0只分为 3组 :衰老模型组 ,中药治疗组 ,空白对照组。取海马组织匀浆 ,检测一氧化氮合酶、Na+ K+ ATP酶的活性。结果 :中药治疗组与衰老模型组相比 ,海马皮质一氧化氮合酶、Na+ K+ ATP酶的活性明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :本研究提示补肾健脾活血中药复方通过提高一氧化氮合酶、Na+ K+ ATP酶的活性在延缓衰老方面起作用。 Objective: To study the effect of Jian Pi Bu Shen Hu Xue Compound Recipe (YSF) on NOS and Na + K + ATPase in D galactose brain aged mouse. Methods: Totally 60 male mice were divided into three groups: the treated group, the model group and the control group. The activities of NOS and Na + K + ATPase of the mice hippocampus in three groups were measured. Results: The activities of NOS and Na + K + ATPase of the treated group was increased markedly compared to the model group( P <0.05). Conclusion: YSF would be effective in delaying senility by increasing the activities of NOS and Na + K + ATPase of the mice hippocampus.
