肾上腺囊肿的诊断和治疗(附11例报告并文献复习)

The Diagnosis and Treatment of Adrenal Cyst (Report of 11 Cases and Review)

目的 :探讨肾上腺囊肿的诊断和治疗。方法 :回顾分析我院 1992年 9月～ 2 0 0 2年 1月收治的肾上腺囊肿病例资料 11例。结果 :本组 11例均行开放手术 ,囊肿最大 15cm× 10cm× 6cm、最小 3cm× 3cm× 2cm ,有 1例为肾上腺多发性囊肿。均经病理检查证实 ,其中内皮性囊肿 3例、上皮性囊肿 4例、假性囊肿 4例。术后均顺利恢复 ,随访效果满意。结论 :肾上腺囊肿易被误诊。B超、CT、MR可以确诊。处理方法以手术治疗为主 ,预后良好。

Objective:To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of adrenal cyst.Methods:Eleven cases of adrenal cyst, encountered between Sep 1992 and Jan 2002,were reviewed and analyzed. Results:All the 11 cases were treated with open operation. The maximum volume of the cysts was 15 cm×10 cm×6 cm while the minimum was 3 cm×3 cm×2 cm. All cysts were confirmed by the pathology. There were 3 cases of endothelial cyst, 4 cases of epithelial cyst and 4 cases of pseudocyst. All patients recovered smoothly and the effect were satisfactory. Conclusion:The adrenal cyst was frequently misdiagnosed. The diagnosis could be established on B ultrasonography, CT and MR scanning. The main methods of treatment was open operation with good prognosis.
