摘要
目的 研究杨梅多酚对核辐射损伤的血细胞与造血组织的保护作用 ,为核武器损伤的防治提供有效的药物。方法 采用60 Co-γ射线致小白鼠有形血细胞与骨髓有核细胞下降的动物模型。结果 杨梅多酚能提高有形血细胞计数 ,在杨梅多酚组和病理模型对照组之间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,并能保护血液的止血功能。经骨髓有核细胞和核分裂指数检测 ,杨梅多酚组比对照组活跃。结论 杨梅多酚可保护小白鼠由核辐射引起的有形血细胞减少。
Aim To study the protective effect of bayberry polyphenol (Bpp) on blood cell and blood-making tissue injured by nuclear radiation,provide effective medicine to prevent and cure the injuring by nuclear radiation.Method The injured mouse model with decreasing tangible blood cells and marrow nucleus cells was induced by 60 Co-γ radiation.Results Bpp could elevate tangible blood cell count.Defference between Bpp and control group was significant (P<0.01) Bpp group in count of nucleated cell and caryokinesis of bone marrow was more active than the control one.Conclusion Bpp protected mice from tangible blood cell injury induced by nuclear radiation.
