摘要
目的 建立复方茵陈薄膜衣片中的 6 ,7-二甲氧基香豆素含量测定方法。方法 采用反相高效液相色谱法进行分离测定。C18为固定相 ,甲醇 -水 (4 5∶5 5 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 80nm。结果 6 ,7-二甲氧基香豆素在 0 .10 8～ 1.0 80 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,r=0 .9992 ;平均回收率为 97.2 7% ,RSD 为 1.96 % (n=5 )。结论 方法快速、简便 ,可作为该药质量控制方法。
Aim To develop a method for the Determination content of 6,7-dimethylesculetin in Compound Yinchen film-coating tablets.Method RP-HPLC was developed for the determination.Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.108～1.080μg,r=0.999 2.The average recovery and RSD of 6,7-dimethylesculetin were 97.27% and 1.96% (n=5) respectively.Conclusion The method was quick,accurate,and could be used to control its quality.
