摘要
目的 建立湿热颗粒中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法 ,选用kromasilC18分析柱 (4 .6× 2 5 0mm ,5 μm) ;流动相 :甲醇 -水 -磷酸 (5 5∶4 5∶0 .2 ) ;流速 :1.0ml/min检测波长 315nm ;柱温 4 0℃。 结果 黄芩苷在 0 .0 6 0 4~ 0 .6 0 4 0 μg范围内有较好的线性关系 ,r =0 .9998;加样回收率平均为 98.2 9% ,RSD为 1.19% (n =5 )。结论 本法简便 ,快速 。
Aim To establish a method for the determination of baicalin in shire granule by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).Method The kromasil C 18 was used as the stationary phase.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-phosphatic acid (55∶45∶0.2) and detectine wavelength was 315nm.Results The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0.060 4~0.604 0μg(r=0.999 8).The averge recovery of the method was 98.29%,RSD=1.19%(n=5).Conclusion This method was reliable and accurate and could be applied to separate and determine the baicalin in shire granule.
