摘要
运用定量分析的方法,对校青年基金实施十年来的科研绩效进行研究。结果表明:青年基金在提高学校科研水平、促进学科建设和培养青年科技人才等方面发挥了积极作用,达到了预期目的。今后,学校将根据不同学科的研究实力和专业方向,适时调整资助力度、完善管理政策,使校青年基金的绩效持续、稳定增长。
Applying the method of quantitative analysis, this article researches into the achievement of the CSFU Youth Science Fund in the past decade. The result shows that the Fund has attained the expected goal in that it has raised the university's research level, promoted discipline construction, and cultivated young talents for scientific research. In the coming years, the management department should adjust its policy according to the research capabilities and orientation of each discipline, in the hope that the Fund will enjoy a lasting and steady improvement in its effect.
