摘要
基于CAN控制器SJA10 0 0提出了光纤CAN(Fiber CAN)总线网络的设计方案 .采用光纤作为传输介质提高电动汽车CAN通信网抗干扰能力 .详细分析了双绞线CAN(Wire CAN)总线的接口协议 ,设计了基于此协议的Fiber CAN总线接口电路和相应的接口驱动 ,以及光纤CAN总线和双绞线CAN总线间转换接口 .通过 3个节点的Fiber CAN总线组网 ,验证了接口协议和接口电路设计的正确性 .
A Fiber-CAN (controller area network) bus is given base on SJA1000 Stand-alone CAN controller. This paper represents two novel aspects, one is the transmission medium and the other is the interface circuit of hardware. Since the electromagnetic interference (EMI) is serious on electric vehicle, the optical fiber is selected as transmission medium that enhance the anti-EMI capability of CAN bus network. The communication protocols standard of Wire-CAN bus (the transmission medium is twisted pair) is analyzed in detail. Several interface circuits is designed base on the protocols standard mention above, such as interface circuit between Fiber-CAN bus (the transmission medium is optical fiber) and network node, interface circuit between Fiber-CAN bus and Wire-CAN bus, and the driving circuits of light-emitter and light-receiver. After building the Fiber-CAN network with three nodes, it is showed that the interface circuits are satisfactory and the CAN bus network has highly stability.
