A CIMS Solution Based on Field Control Bus

在分析现场总线技术特点的基础上,结合实际的工程应用,介绍了一种基于Lonworks现场总线网构建CIMS系统的解决方案。本方案利用现场总线将企业现场的一次仪表联接成网,通过组态软件实现对生产现场控制网络上的实时数据监控和信息处理,并具有报表自动生成和向ERP系统提供企业能耗数据等功能,为企业信息化的实现创造了条件。针对工程实施中的一些常见典型问题进行了总结,并提出了改进的措施。

A practical solution based on Lonworks for computer integrated manufacture system is presented in this paper on the basis of introducing the characters of field control bus. It provides the functions of real time supervisions and control for the information processing system by integrated software. It can also fill the manufacturing report forms and transmit data to enterprise resource planning system automatically, which builds the fundamentals for manufactures accessing to information. Some problems in the engineering are also pointed out, and the solution are provided accordingly.
