摘要
提出了一种由不饱和聚酯和环氧树脂嵌段共缩聚,合成一类新型光敏预聚物的方法。该光敏预聚物采用两步法合成,第一步先合成具有一定分子量和端羧基的不饱和聚酯,第二步使该不饱和聚酯与环氧树脂反应,生成嵌段共缩聚物,该光敏预聚物的分子量通过调节不饱和聚酯的分子量控制,不同分子量的光敏预聚物呈现出不同的光敏性和力学性能。
The novel photosensitive prepolymers were synthesized by the block copolycondensation of unsa-turated polyester with epoxy resin. There are two steps in the synthetic procedure of photosensitive prepolymers. The first step is to prepare the unsaturated polyesters having a certain molecular weight terminated by carboxyl. The second step is to prepare prepolymers by the block copolycondensation of above polyesters with epoxy resin. The molecular weight of prepolymer can be controlled by adjusting the molecular weight of unsaturated polyesters. Based on above photosensitive prepolymers, some recipes of photosensitive coating were present in this paper. The photo-curing kinetics and properties of coating films such as surface hardness, flexibility and adhesion were determined.
