摘要
将基于案例的推理技术引入传统的自动答疑系统,并结合用户交互机制,提出了 一种基于案例推理的自学习答疑引擎。该引擎通过对问题的关键字描述来触发案例,并根据 它们与问题的关联程度进行排序;同时,利用用户端的反馈及时有效地对关键字的权重进行 维护,提高了答疑系统的效率准确性。
