摘要
对快速原型制造中的数控加工容许速度进行了研究 ,运用泛灰色不确定性系统理论 ,建立了加工容许速度与加工半径的不确定性系统优化模型USMO— 1,给出了精度检验方法。编制了MATLAB程序 ,给出了处理实例 ,并与各种模型进行了比较。该模型不仅适合于等间距建模 ,也适合于非等间距建模 ,具有精度高、使用简便等特点 ,值得在快速原型制造中推广使用。
In this paper,an uncertainty optimization system model USMO-1 to permitted speed of NC processing in RPM was put forward,the method of precision inspection was introduced.The programming was authorized with MATLAB6.5 language.An examples was given,their results were compared with the results based other models.The method can be used for model establishing on equal interval,as well as on non interval.It has high precision and is easy to use.The model is simple and practical,and has a general value in the field of RPM.
