摘要
在实验室条件下,用海泡石捕集废水中的锶,通过研究pH值、海泡石加入量、活化、以及搅拌后沉淀时间对去除率的影响,最后得出海泡石捕集废水中锶的最佳工艺条件为:海泡石提纯、活化后,在质量浓度为10g/L,pH=8,高速搅拌5min后沉淀2h,废水中Sr2+的质量浓度最低可降到0.067mg/L。低于国家规定的0.11mg/L的排放标准。
A test of catching strontium in wastewater with sepiolite was made under laboratory conditions.By studying the pH value,the fed amount of sepiolite,activation as well as the effect of the precipitation time after mixing on removal rate,the optimum process conditions finally concluded for catching strontium in wastewater with sepiolite are:after the purification and activation of sepiolite and when the mass concentration is10g/L,pH=8and the precipitation time is2hours after5minutes of high-speed mixing,the mass concentration of Sr 2+ in the wastewater may be reduced at most to0.067mg/L.This figure is lower than0.11mg/L which is the state-speci - fied discharge standard.
