摘要
水质检测普遍采用4-氨基安替比林分光光度法测定水中挥发酚类含量,此方法中所用萃取剂为氯仿。将该方法中的萃取剂由氯仿改为二氯甲烷,可降低萃取溶剂对试验人员的健康危害性。对某一合成水样取8份平行样品,用二氯甲烷作萃取剂测酚,检测结果的标准差为0.00077,水样加标回收率为101%。
Ampyrone spectrophotography is popularly used in water quality examination to determine volatile phenol content in the water,and the extracting agent used in this method is chloroform.The change of the ex - tracting agent from chloroform to dichloromethane reduces the hazard of the extracting dissolvent to the health of the people performing the test.8parallel samples were taken from a synthetic water sample for phenol testing us - ing dichloromethane as the extracting agent.The standard deviation of the test results was0.00077and the ecov - ery rate after the addition of standard sample to the water sample was101%.
