摘要
介绍脉宽调制PWM(PulseWidthModulation)电压源型高压变频器接输出电缆的共模通路、漏电流通路的简化电路模型,详细地分析了输出电缆的电压反射机理和对电机的容性效应。为有效减少共模电压和输出电缆对高压变频器的不良影响,提出了一种LRC滤波器拓扑结构,给出了滤波器各个参数选取原则。并利用Matlab软件,在24脉波整流/三电平逆变的高压变频器驱动6kV/2250kW电机的拓扑结构中,对不同长度的输出电缆和该滤波器拓扑结构进行了仿真研究,给出了相应的仿真波形。
The simplified circuit models of both common mode current loop an d leakage current loop for the output cable of PWM(Pulse Width Modulation)volt age source inverter have been in-troduced.Its principle of voltage reflection and its capacitance effect on the motor are analyzed in detail.For effectively eliminating the bad impact of the output cable,a topological structure of LRC filter is presented and its principle of parameter selection is given.Based on a topological structure of6kV/2250kW motor fed by24-pulse rectifier thr ee-level inverter,the simulative study is done for the presented topology of t he filter and the long cable of various lengths,using Matlab’s simulation tool s.The relevant simulation waveforms are presented.
