摘要
目的 探讨乙醇对蟾蜍实验性心肌损伤的心电图影响。方法 蟾蜍经实验性心肌损伤后 ,从后腔静脉注入乙醇 ,观察心肌损伤后静脉注入乙醇对心电图的影响。结果 损伤后用乙醇可使心率减慢 (P <0 .0 5) ;P波电压降低 (P<0 .0 5) ,时间缩短 (P <0 .0 5) ;QRS波间期延长 (P <0 .0 5) ;ST段在抬高基础上仍升高 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;T波电压升高 (P<0 .0 5) ;QT间期延长 (P <0 .0 5)。
Objective To evaluate the function of ethanol on the electrocardiogram (ECG) of experimental myocardial injuries in Bufo bufo asiuticuses. Methods After receiving experimental myocardial injuries, the Bufo bufo asiuticuses were injected with ethanol from posterior vena cava. Then the effects of ethanol on ECG were observed after myocardial injuries. Results After injuries, the ethanol could lower the heart rate (P<0.05); decrease the P wave voltage (P<0.05), save time (P<0.05) and prolong QRS intermittent (P<0.05). ST segments elevated at the baseline, remained increased (P<0.01). T wave voltage increased (P<0.05); and QT intermittent prolonged (P<0.05). Conclusions After acute myocardial injuries, ethanol could markedly affect ECG.
