摘要
就高校结合自身人才战略特点改革相应的分配制度的必要性、目标任务和措施作了一些思索,认为高校只有结合实际引入竞争机制,使收入分配向优秀人才倾斜,才能真正建立以岗定薪、多劳多得、优劳优酬、充满生机与活力的分配制度。
