摘要
针对我国陪审制度的运行状况和存在的问题 ,文章从陪审员的产生、资格、组成、工作制度、适用范围及权利义务等各个方面提出了有关我国陪审制度改革与完善的立法构想和制度设计。
Aiming at the current operation and problems in the jury system in our country, the author puts forward her ideas of the reform and improvement in the design of the system and its legisative procedure from such aspects as the selection of the assessors, their qualifications?formation?work rules?application range and the corresponding rights and duties, etc.
