摘要
知识经济时代对档案资源的形成、管理、需求产生了巨大的影响。普及信息技术 ,提高档案人员素质 ;面向市场 ,创建档案信息服务 ;加强横向联合 ,实现信息资源共享 ;注重“反馈” ,深层次开发档案信息资源 ,是档案工作应对的重要措施。
Present times of knowledge economy has a great effect on the formation, management and demand of archives resources. We need some important countermeasures such as: to spread information technology, to heighten archive assistants' qualification, to create a service of archives information to meet the market demand; strengthen lateral ties, to share information resources; to focus on 'feedback', deeply developing achives information resources.
