摘要 探讨了红外波谱分析技术在轴承润滑脂分析及鉴别中的应用。除了分析脂中各类基础油、添加剂及稠化剂的特征波谱外 ,还讨论了利用波谱技术的结果来表征轴承润滑脂化学劣变参数 ,研究不同环境、试验条件及各类污染物对脂润滑机械部件失效的影响。波谱分析技术是一种快速、可靠和极为有效地分析手段 。 The application of infrared spectrum analysis technique to analyze and evaluate bearing grease is discussed. It involves not only analyzing character spectrum of various basic oil and additive and viscosity index improver, but also discussing application of the results of infrared spectrum analysis technique to demonstrate chemical worsening parameters of the bearing grease, and the effect of different environments, test conditions and various contaminations on failures of mechanical parts is studied as well. The infrared spectrum analysis technique is quick and reliable and effective analysis approach, it can be used to wear monitoring of various greases and to failure analysis of the bearings.
