摘要
马克思在《资本论》中对人力资源的基本内涵与特点、人力资源对社会经济发展的作用、人力资源的生产与调节、人力资源的开发与利用等人力资源理论都有精辟的阐述 ,这些理论对我国现阶段培育、开发和利用丰富的人力资源有重大的现实意义。
Marx set forth the human resource theories in his works of “Capital” and these theories have great realistic significances to breed, develop and use our rich human resources in present stage of our country.
