摘要
介绍了以16位单片机80C196KC为控制核心的全固态激光器温控系统工作原理、硬件及软件实现方法,讨论了以BD681(NPN)达林顿管组成的桥式驱动的KTP晶体控温电路和以TIP122(NPN)、TIP127(PNP)的半桥驱动LD控温电路,采用积分分离PID控制算法,控温精度高,温控精度可达±0.08℃。
The paper describes the principle, hardware and software realizable methods of a CW, LD pumped Nd:YVO4 all-solid-stated temperature control laser driver which adopts 80C196KC microprocessor. The system is composed of KTP all-bridge dreve circuit and LD half-bridge drive circuit. This system was cooled (warmed) by adopting TEC with two-way current. We take advantage of integral separated mode PID control algorithm to gain high temperature control stability of the LD and KTP temperature control lower than +0. 08C.
