摘要
提出了基于“华工2000型”数控系统CNC机床的定位误差的一软件补偿方法,该方法克服了等间距定位误差补偿的缺点,使定位误差补偿的位置可随机设定,建立了数控机床定位误差软件补偿的数学模型。在ZJK7532加工中心上进行的补偿实验表明,采用本补偿方法能使机床的定位误差减小70%以上。
A new method of positioning error compensation realized by the software for CNC machine tools equipped with Huazhong type 2000 CNC system is proposed in this paper. The method can overcome the shortcoming of the equal distant target position compensation technique for CNC machine tools' positioning errors and its compensation positions are generated randomly. The mathematical model for positioning error compensation of CNC machine tools is derived. The results of the experiments on ZJK7532 machining center shows that the positioning accuracy is enhanced effectively by more than 70%.
