摘要
观察了分泌抗IBDV单抗杂交瘤细胞在改良型5L Celligen细胞反应器中采用半连续培养方式的生长和代谢情况,研究了在该工艺过程中的葡萄糖消耗、单抗的生成、乳酸和氨的产生。同时为培养方案和控制策略进一步的改良确定方向。
The growth and metabolism of JAL1 hybridoma cells were studied in semicontinuous cultures in improved Celligen bio-reactor (5L).The utilization of glucose and the production of antibody,lactic acid and ammonia were also investigated.Meanwhile,the discussion of operation mode and control strategy in bioreactor culture indicates the direction of their improvement.
