General Feng Yu xiang was a prominent patriot, a famous militarist and politician . He was also a sincere friend of the Chinese Communist Party. General Feng spended more than half of his life in the army . He had the unique views and opinions of managing the military . This article tries to discuss his way of managing the military from the following four sides—how to strengthen the education of polics , how to adjust the relationship between the officers and the soliders , how to undertake the strict military training and how to enhance the culture level of the officers and soliders and how to endertake the vocational education .
