甘肃地处西北内陆 ,经济发展缓慢 ,属经济欠发达地区。多年以来 ,由于条件所限 ,该省教育经费的投入十分有限 ,因而在很大程度上制约了其义务教育的尽快普及、巩固与提高。本文就甘肃义务教育投资现状及存在问题进行了深入分析 ,并进一步提出了改善该省义务教育投资现状的对策措施。

Gansu Province is located in the poverty stricken northwest. It is the economy under developing area in China. With the slow economic development and the restrictions of economic conditions, the investment on education is really very limited. The low investment objectively restricts the popularization, reinforcement and improvement of compulsory education in the area. This article gives a profound analysis of the present problems and puts forward some counter strategies for the investment on compulsory education in Gansu.
