摘要
在检测有机磷农药的酶分析法中,通过两种不同显色剂(2,6-二氯靛酚乙酯和固兰B盐)的显色原理及性能对比实验,证实了采用2,6-二氯靛酚乙酯既兼顾了底物和显色剂双重作用,又具有底物稳定性好、灵敏、简便实用的特点,同时也体现出2,6-二氯靛酚乙酯法的优越性。
The paper compares contrast experiments about coloring principle and property of two kinds of color reagents, fast blue B salt and 2,6-Dichloro-benzennone-Indophenylacetate, by using enzymeanalysis method that tests organophosphate pesticides. We confirm that 2,6-Dichloro-benzennone-Indophenylacetate not only has two function of substrate and color reagent, but also fine stability, sensitivity, convenience and practicability, reflecting advantages of 2,6-Dichloro-benzennone-Indophenylacetate method.
