摘要
针对目前国内中小型自走式谷物联合收割机中存在的问题 ,对影响脱粒、分离、清选等关键部件性能的因素进行分析研究 ,并重新设计计算 ,提出改进方案 ,进行对比试验 ,同时注重整机设计的完整性 ;在此基础上 ,开发设计出一种新的 4L3A型自走式谷物联合收割机 。
Aimed at the problems of medium and small scale self moving grain reaping machine occurred at present in our country,the author analyzed the key parts' capacity that influenced threshing,separating and choosing of the grain,finished the new design calculation,put forward the improving scheme, performed the comparative test and pay attention to the integrality of the design. Having finished all these work,the author designed a new self moving grain reaping machine 4L3A,which improved the work ability and performance parameter.
