摘要
研究了振动悬浮铸造对ZA2 7合金显微组织、致密度和机械性能的影响。结果表明 ,单纯振动及单纯悬浮铸造都能明显细化晶粒 ,提高合金的致密度 ,改善合金的性能 ,而将两种方法相结合 ,效果更好。与普通铸造相比 ,抗拉强度σb 提高了 2 .6 3% ,延伸率δ提高了 2 .6 7% ,密度提高了 3.4 6 % .
The effect of Vibration and suspension casting on microstructure,denisity and mechanical properties of ZA27 alloy has been studied. The experimental results show that only vibration or suspension casting can obviously refine the microstructure and increase the density of alloy and improve the mechanical properties.When vibration and suspension casting are used together during solidification of alloy,better results are obtained.In comparison with common casting process,its mechanical propertie( σ b, δ ) is raised by 2.63% and 2.67% and its density is improved by 3.46%.
