Studies on the steroid components isolated from marine fungus No.2492 from the South China Sea

对南海海洋真菌 2 492分离自香港红树林植物 Phramites australi ,从其菌丝体的乙醇粗提物分离出 3个甾体化合物 :( 2 2 E,2 4R) -麦角甾 -5 ,7,2 2 -三烯 -3 β-醇 ;5 α,8α-表二氧 -( 2 2 E,2 4R) -麦角甾 -6,2 2 -二烯 -3 β-醇和( 2 2 E,2 4R) -2 4-甲基麦角甾 -7,2 2 -三烯 -3β,5α,6α-三醇。它们的结构通过 IR,FABMS和 NMR谱图得到确定。

Marine fungus No.2492 was isolated from the mangrove plant Phramites australi from the South China Sea. Three steroid compounds were isolated from the ethanol extracts of the mycelium of this strain. Their structures were elucidated by IR, FABMS and NMR spectra.
