讨论大功率全桥移相软开关 ZVS-PWM变换器的设计方法。给出输入为 5 40 V,输出为 3 0 0 V与 2 1 A的电路参数以及仿真结果 ,仿真结果表明此方法所设计的参数正确 。

This paper gives in detail a design procedure of the zero voltage switched full bridge (ZVSFB) converter. A prototype circuit of input in 540V and output in 300V and 21A, the parameters of its main devices and the result of numerical simulation are also presented. It can be seen that the designed parameters meet the performance and the ZVS conditions in the front leg and the back leg.
