苦马豆果皮中的环阿尔廷型三萜成分

Cycloartane triterpenoids from the pericarp of Sphaerophysa salsula DC.

目的研究豆科苦马豆属植物苦马豆SphaerophysasalsulaDC 果皮中的化学成分。 方法利用硅胶柱色谱进行分离纯化 ,根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从苦马豆果皮中得到3个环阿尔廷型三萜化合物 ,分别鉴定为 :(2 4S) 9,19 cycloart 2 5 ene 3β ,2 4 diol (Ⅰ ) ;(2 3Z) 9,19 cycloart 2 3 ene 3β ,2 5 diol (Ⅱ ) ;(2 4R) 7β ,2 4 ,2 5 trihydroxyl 9,19 cycloart 1 en 3 one(sphaero physoneA ,Ⅲ )。 结论化合物Ⅰ。

Objective To elucidate the structures of the constituents from the 95% ethanol extract of the pericarp of Sphaerophysa salsula DC.Methods To isolate the chemical constituents,the solvent extraction together with column chromatography was used.Physico chemical characters and spectroscopic analysis were employed for structural identification.Results Three compounds were isolated,and identified as (24 S ) 9,19 cycloart 25 ene 3 β ,24 diol (Ⅰ),(23 Z ) 9,19 cycloart 23 ene 3 β ,25 diol (Ⅱ),(24 R ) 7 β ,24,25 trihydroxyl 9,19 cycloart 1 en 3 one (sphaerophysone A) (Ⅲ).Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ and Ⅱ are isolated from Sphaerophysa genus for the first time.
