万寿菊花的化学成分研究

Studies on the chemical constituents of Tagetes erecta L.

目的对万寿菊花进行化学成分的研究。方法万寿菊花经溶剂提取与硅胶柱层析分离得到5个化合物 ,通过光谱分析和化学方法进行结构鉴定。结果分离并鉴定了 5个化合物。

Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Tagetes erecta L.Method Various chromatographic techniques were employed for isolation and purification of the constituents.The structures were elucidated by chemical and spectral analyses.Results Five compounds were isolated and identified.Conclusion Uracil and mannitol are isolated from the plant for the first time.
