摘要 提出了一种有效的基于中值滤波的运动补偿去隔行算法 .该算法首先使用新三步搜索( NTSS)的方法对图像序列中的运动部分进行估计 ,然后通过一种中值滤波的方法改善去隔行处理的效果 ,这不仅提高了图像的画质 ,而且能有效地防止因运动估计失效在运动补偿时的影响 .实验结果表明 。 For dismissing effectively the problem of interlacing in current TV system, a new method was proposed, which is based on motion compensated with median filter. In this method, the motion parts between two fields neighbored are estimated by a new three step search (NTSS) strategy, then through a kind of median filter,the quality of picture compensated (de interlacing part) is improved. This kind of median filter can effectively prevent the affection from the failure of motion estimation. The experimental results show that either the perception of picture or the objective comparing through Peak Signal Noise Ratio (PSNR) is satisfying. The proposed method can be applied in practice.
