摘要
钢材捆扎的原理设计、模型分析与理论计算 ,运用 Pro/Engineering软件设计了一种捆扎机械手 .该机械手以 Φ6 .5热扎盘条为捆丝材料 ,由液压马达驱动 ,在可编程控制器控制下进行自动捆扎 ,捆丝拧结 72 0°,能满足多种钢材包装要求 ,已成功应用到精整包装生产中 .
The paper presents an automatic binding manipulator of steel bars. It described the binding principle, model analyzing and theoretical computing. And it designed the device using Pro/Engineering software. Using Φ6 5 steel wire, the manipulator can bundle up steel bars automatically with a programmable controller(PLC), driven by hydraulic motor. The strapping knot with 720°can fit all kinds of binding criterions of steel bars. It has been applied to finishing craftwork successfully.
