摘要
分析了应变式传感器的重复性与稳定性技术指标的内在联系。认为 :它们都是一个内在质量考核指标 ,本质差别在于稳定性指标同较长时间有关 ,而重复性指标则为连续试验的结果。重复性不好的传感器其内部机理必定有问题 ,从而使稳定性也不好 。
The inherent relation between specifications of repeatability and stability of strain transducer is analyzed. The author stated that they are all inherent quality specification to be examined. The essential difference is that stability refers to longer period while repeatability belongs to the results of continuous tests. Problems shall have existed in internal mechanism of the transducers of which present bad repeatability. Thus the stability of these transducers is bad too. The critical measure to resolve this problem is enhancing quality control requirement.
