摘要
介绍全自动子午胎帘布裁断机布边测量及其定位方法。该方法采用激光传感器发出布边信号 ,利用高精度编码器发出位置信号及定位模块控制交流伺服电机及相关机构完成控制动作。可达到较高的裁断。
The full automatic measurement of edge of cord fabric for meridian tyre and discussion on positioning method are introduced? With this method the signal of edge of cord fabric is issued by laser transducer, while the position signal is issued by high precise encoder. The control action is implemented by AC servo motor and related machensm which are controlled by positioning module. The method offers higher cut off butting efficiency and better dimensional accuracy.
