叙述了采用OMRONC2 0 0H可编程控制器实现二段式煤气发生炉生产系统的PLC控制方法。具体介绍了鼓风风量智能PID调节的实现方法和程序设计思想。实践证明 ,在实时性。
The PLC production control method implemented by OMRON C200H programmable controller for two section gas generator is described. The implementing method of intelligent PID blast air control and design concept of program are introduced concretely. The practice shows that the system met design requirements from real time capability, accuracy and reliability.
