摘要 针对磷酸盐化工厂黄磷配料的生产工艺及控制要求 ,构建了由微机 -PLC组成的黄磷配料自动控制系统。详细介绍了控制系统的硬件配置和控制方案 ,解决了LED显示器的驱动、吊料桶到位信号的测取、模拟信号的隔离以及移相触发器的设计等技术问题。运行情况表明 ,该系统具有配料精度高、安全可靠性好、使用灵活。 In accordance with the production technology and control requirements of burden of yellow phosphorus in phosphate chemical plant, the microcomputer PLC based automatic burden control system of yellow phosphorus is established. The hardware configuration and control strategy are presented in detail. Several technical issues including drive of LED display, detection of bucket position signal, isolation of analog signal as well as design of phase shift trigger, are resolved. The result of operation shows that the system features high accuracy, safety, and reliability and offers flexible use and powerful functions.
