介绍了欧盟法规的四大分类即条例、指令、决定、建议和意见。着重介绍了欧盟技术法规颁布的主要形式指令 ,并对协调标准以及它与欧盟指令的关系做了说明 ,同时还阐述了各成员国法律、法规和标准与欧盟指令的一致性而做的努力。本文还列举了压力容器方面的欧盟指令、与承压设备指令有关的协调标准。

Brief introduction the category of EU rules which include regulations,directives,decisions,recommendations and advices.Most EU technical rules were issued by directive,it was explained in detail.Harmonized standard and its relation to directive were also discussed.Member states had revised all their laws,rules and standards in keeping with the directives.In this article a list of all the directives for pressure vessel and all the harmonized standards for the directive of pressure equipment.
