摘要
针对舞阳钢铁公司 (以下简称舞钢 )生产的 12MnNiVR(SPV4 90Q)钢用小铁研法、最高硬度法、插销法进行焊接冷、热裂纹试验 ,试验结果表明 :12MnNiVR钢不仅具有良好的抗冷裂纹能力 ,而且对再热裂纹不敏感。
The result of Y-groove cracking test, maximum hardness test and implant test in weld heat affected zone of 12MnNiVR steel and assesses crack sensibility of the steel was introduced, which was made by Wuyang Iron and Steel Company.Result of weld cracking experiments showed that 12MnNiVR steel had great capability of resistin cold cracking as well as reheat cracking.
